Honestly, I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Roy. which might be an odd thing to say about a funeral, but he really was wonderful to talk to about Rich and then expressed everything I wanted to say beautifully. My uncle was truly a character and Roy was able to give a true reading of the man. If you didn’t know him, you would have known him by the end of the service and that was all down to Roy. I just wanted to say thank you. It’s not often when the word “perfect” can be used to its full value but yesterday deserves its merit.

The service was beyond amazing. You delivered it in a way that went beyond what dad and I envisaged. I appreciate the pronunciation of mums full name and home town was challenging but honestly, we loved at your way of saying it. It showed character and to us, humour.

It felt not like a celebrant speaking words of mum but a friend who we have known for years, please accept this as a credit to you and you are certainly a master of your field.

But simply, THANK YOU. The word is not enough to express our gratitude towards you. Thank you for coaching us, thank you for the preparation you put in to the words you spoke of mum (everybody said how perfect it was) and thank you for supporting me at the alter when it was my time to read.
